PENGARUH KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP NIAT PEMBELIAN ULANG DI MATAHARI DEPARTMENT STORE AMBON

ABSTRACT:

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention in Matahari Departement Store. The respondents in this study are consumer who ever buyed in Matahari Departement Store. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. There are only 100 respondents among 120 questioners whom can be used as samples. Validity and reliability testing were conducted in order to figure out the validity rate and data reliability. The data were analyzed by using Regression Analysis. The results provide support hypothesized. The results provide that customer satisfaction have positive impact on repurchase intention
