Leadership in an organization represents very important matter at is meaning For that is required by a leadership style which is capabel to push behavioral employees obident, conciousness and full responsibilitiy to what is assigned to him/her
In this research will analysis about applying of leadership style in company that is the influence of situasional leadership which is revormed in instruction style, guide style and delegation style, to dicipline employees work at Perum Bulog Moluccas divre.
With this analysis, it is expected by the leader of company who enows much about what is wanted by the employees in order to make-up of work dicipline and determine leadership style which is suitable environment, he/she leads.
