ABSTRACT:
The following research had been engaged to know the main purpose; first, how effect of incentive to employees performance. Second, to know the employees performance and achievement standard going into effect as well as incentive influence to employees performance.
To reach the this research target, hence data used primary data, that is data obtained direct observation and also interview the. Collected a success data will be analysed systematically by using simple linear regression analysis.
Result of analysis by using linear regression modestly indicate that the influence posed at by intensive variable as that independent variable. Known also that influence signifikan posed at by independent variable positive.
